My experience with Concentra South was excellent I was there to complete some testing for new employment. I. got there the place was clean and I was greeted in a professional friendly way after that I explained my reason for being there did paperwork hardly waited and was check by a Doctor then a nurse who both were very professional and polite. Then was given paperwork and instructions they answer all my questions in a friendly professional way then I left. I had to return after 48 hrs and same treatment friendly and professional on my second visit.

The girls in the front desk. That was nice and They help you and whatever you need. The doctor did my check up? It was nice and very professional, and don't give me hard time like before. Years back, they used to get you naked and touch all you private part. That was very uncomfortable.

Was seen with little wait. Professional and pleasant demeanor. The only thing that I could complain about wa s that they didn’t send me the online health history prior to my scheduled appointment. Otherwise, a better experience than I expected for a pre-employment physical.

New job required a drug test, took on the 10th. New job received no notification of me taking it or anything, so new job calls concentra to ask.(1/16/24)... Turns out concentra lost my urine sample and never bothered to mention it to them or me... I had to drive to Tempe to do a new one, otherwise concentra's test results would take too long and would cause them to push my start day for 1 week.

I cant remember the Techs name! Only that she gave me a purple pen, she is crazy about her nephew, and that her husband was in the military at one time. Very beautiful young woman who made my experience there great! Very professional and welcoming!! Thanks a million!
